New Brochure Launch: Supporting Safe, Compliant Education Estates
Concept has launched a new brochure outlining its work across the education sector, covering schools, colleges, and universities nationwide.
With over 500 education projects delivered and 55 years of sector experience, Concept supports education providers with property upgrades, refurbishments, and planned maintenance. The brochure sets out how these services are delivered within live, operational environments, from primary schools to university campuses, without disrupting the school day or academic term.
Every project is planned around the academic calendar, using phased scheduling and safe site segregation to keep learning on track. All personnel working on education sites hold enhanced DBS checks, wear high-visibility uniforms, and follow strict access protocols, reflecting the safeguarding standards that sit at the centre of Concept’s approach.
The brochure covers Concept’s full range of education services, including:
Scope of Services
- Responsive Repairs: emergency callouts and fast-track term-time repairs
- Planned Maintenance: lifecycle asset management and preventive scheduling
- Capital Works & Refurbishment: classroom, laboratory, and accommodation upgrades
- Safety & Compliance: fire safety, asbestos management, and regulatory compliance
- Sustainable Decarbonisation: energy retrofits and renewable technologies
- Specialist Fit-Outs: acoustic upgrades and M&E systems
The brochure also features recent case studies, including an internal refurbishment at Barton Peveril Sixth Form College, an optic lab refurbishment at the University of Southampton, and flood damage repairs at Meoncross School.
