CLC Wins Place on Eastern Procurement Windows, Doors, Fire Doors and Roofline Framework

CLC has secured Lot 2 Fire Doors (Supply & Fit) on Eastern Procurement’s new £237 million 4-year 2-Lot Windows, Doors, Fire Doors and Roofline Framework. The framework provides a compliant, high-quality procurement route for the supply, installation and replacement of compliant windows, doors, fire doors and roofline systems across housing and public sector properties. The Value of Lot 2 – Fire Doors (Supply & Fit) is £31 million.
Scope of Works – Lot 2
- Fire doorset surveys to BS 8213-4:2016
- Design and specification of replacement fire doorsets
- Manufacture and supply of compliant fire doors
- Removal and replacement of existing fire doorsets
- Installation of fire-rated frames and ironmongery
- Fire-rated glazing, smoke seals and intumescent strips
- Certification, warranties and guarantees
- Fire stopping and associated remedial works
- Carpentry and joinery works
- Decoration and making good works
- Electrical and detector installations
- Roofing, glazing and metalwork
- Asbestos surveys and removal
- External insulation and ancillary works
