CLC Wins Place on Eastern Procurement Windows, Doors, Fire Doors and Roofline Framework

CLC has secured Lot 2 Fire Doors (Supply & Fit) on Eastern Procurement’s new £237 million 4-year 2-Lot Windows, Doors, Fire Doors and Roofline Framework. The framework provides a compliant, high-quality procurement route for the supply, installation and replacement of compliant windows, doors, fire doors and roofline systems across housing and public sector properties. The Value of  Lot 2 – Fire Doors (Supply & Fit) is £31 million.

Scope of Works – Lot 2

  • Fire doorset surveys to BS 8213-4:2016
  • Design and specification of replacement fire doorsets
  • Manufacture and supply of compliant fire doors
  • Removal and replacement of existing fire doorsets
  • Installation of fire-rated frames and ironmongery
  • Fire-rated glazing, smoke seals and intumescent strips
  • Certification, warranties and guarantees
  • Fire stopping and associated remedial works
  • Carpentry and joinery works
  • Decoration and making good works
  • Electrical and detector installations
  • Roofing, glazing and metalwork
  • Asbestos surveys and removal
  • External insulation and ancillary works
