Axis CLC Acquires Concept

LONDON – December 18th, 2025 – Axis CLC (the “Group”), a UK leader in critical property maintenance and compliance services backed by H.I.G. Capital, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Concept Building Services (“Concept” or the “Company”), a national provider of planned and reactive maintenance, mechanical and electrical engineering, and compliance services to the defence and critical national infrastructure end markets.


This strategic move enhances Axis CLC’s capability and capacity to offer its full range of services in critical and secure environments across the public and private sectors. It marks the Group’s first acquisition since Axis and CLC came together to create a combined platform.


Established in 2003, Concept specialises in the delivery of maintenance and compliance services in high-security environments, providing a wide range of services to clients and asset owners in the defence, government, and critical infrastructure end markets. The Company is head quartered in Chichester and operates across London, and the South-East, South-West, Midlands and North-East of England.


Concept has distinguished itself as a trusted industry leader through its client responsiveness and unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality services, supported by a highly skilled workforce and an exceptional leadership team. The Company delivered £84 million of revenue in the financial year ending August 2025.

This partnership represents a significant milestone for us. With Axis CLC’s support, Concept will continue to thrive and deliver the innovative and safe solutions that clients and partners expect from us.
