Concept Appointed to Deliver a New Urgent Treatment Centre at Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester
We’re proud to reflect on the delivery of the new Urgent Treatment Centre at Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester.
Delivered as part of a £2.3 million programme, the project enhanced NHS facilities through the extension of the existing A&E department and the creation of a new Urgent Treatment Centre designed to support increasing patient demand.
Working within a live healthcare environment required careful planning and coordination to minimise disruption while maintaining safe access for staff, patients, and emergency services throughout the programme.
The completed facility has increased treatment capacity, improved patient flow management, and created future-ready infrastructure to support urgent and emergency care services in the region.
