Concept Wins two Lots on the Hampshire Minor Works Framework 2026–2030
Hampshire County Council has appointed Concept to deliver two Lots on its Hampshire Minor Works Framework, running from 2026 to 2030.
The framework has been established to support the delivery of a broad range of minor works projects across public sector estates. It provides a compliant and efficient route for commissioning works that maintain, upgrade, and improve building assets across Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, and surrounding counties.
Concept has secured appointment to: Lot 2 – General Building Works; and Lot 7 – Electrical Works.
Lot 2 – General Building Works
Project value range: £250,001 – £2.5M
Scope of works:
- Repairs and planned maintenance
- Refurbishment and alterations
- Recladding and fabric upgrades
- Extensions and reconfiguration works
- Upgrades to building elements including doors and windows
Lot 7 – Electrical Works
Project value range: Up to and including £500,000
Scope of works:
- Electrical installations
- System upgrades and replacements
- Associated testing, inspection, and compliance works

Across both Lots, Concept will deliver works in line with all statutory, safety, and compliance requirements. Projects commissioned through the framework will support the ongoing performance, safety, and longevity of public buildings.
