CLC was successfully appointed to Lot 4 – Fire Precaution and Compartmentation Works National on Procure Plus 14-Lot £695m Building Safety and Compliance Works and Associated Consultancy Services Framework (BSCW), developed to support social housing providers and wider public sector organisations with specialist building safety, fire risk mitigation and compliance works.
CLC’s appointed lot covers the delivery of fire precaution and compartmentation works in social housing and public sector properties across the UK.
