CLC Awarded Heat Efficiency Scheme contract by Southampton City Council
We are pleased to announce that CLC, part of the Axis CLC group, has been awarded another contract win with Southampton City Council for the Holyrood Replacement Works – Heat Efficiency Scheme.
Contract Overview
Start date: December 2025
Duration: June 2026
Estimated value: Approx £1.2 million
Purpose: To replace the existing Properties heating and hot water systems with a new direct Heat interface units, new controls, and thermostatic radiators valves and a new metering and billing systems. Improving energy efficiency, safety, and heating performance across 270 dwellings.
The group has a strong working relationship with Southampton City Council, having successfully delivered multiple projects for the authority in recent years. This new contract forms part of their ongoing investment in improving energy efficiency and ensuring long-term building compliance across its housing portfolio. The scheme will deliver modern, efficient systems that improve comfort, reduce energy consumption, and enhance living conditions for residents.
