CLC, part of the Axis CLC group, is pleased to announce it has been successfully awarded a contract with Hull City Council to deliver General and Specialist Building Works across the city.
The General and Specialist Building Works Including: Ventilation, Aids & Adaptations, Extensions and Specialist Works for High-Risk Buildings (HRBs) contract was secured through a mini-competition within the EN:Procure Framework for Installation, Servicing, Maintenance and Repair Works (Gen 4). The initial term runs from November 2025 to November 2026. The contract is valued at approximately £3.7 million per year.
Works have now gone live, with CLC teams mobilised and delivering services across Hull.
Scope of Works
Under the contract, CLC will deliver a broad range of building works to support Hull City Council’s property portfolio, including:
- General building and construction works
- Ventilation installation and upgrades
- Specialist aids and adaptations
- Extension works
- Electrical fitting services
- Specialist works to high-risk buildings
The programme is focused on maintaining safe, compliant and well-functioning buildings that support essential council services and local communities.
