CLC replaced over 10,000 front doors and communal doors with fire safe door sets, making 8,000 homes safe and compliant. Additional works include vital compartmentation, cable clipping, and the installation of sprinklers and fire alarms as well as emergency lighting and signage. This city-wide project has also created 40 jobs for local people.

Great care was taken to keep the residents fully informed before and during the works to minimise disruption to their lives.
We hosted resident meetings to show videos and share presentations of what the works would entail and achieve. Coffee mornings/evenings, and hand-delivered letters to each flat kept the information flowing.
