Our refurbishment works include kitchen and bathroom replacements, and repairs and redecoration including painting and new floor finishes (both carpet and vinyl). We also install new doors (front entrance and garage), maintain and repair radiators and boilers and replace consumer units (fuse boxes). Our Voids programme ensures quick turnaround and continued availability of high standard properties.

To fulfil our client’s objective – to minimise disruption in the occupied family homes occupied by occupied by serving RAF personnel and families living in 124 homes on the Cosford Estate and a further 22 homes in Market Drayton – we phase our works: we installed 100 kitchens at 8 days per kitchen.
