Project Details
The external scope of works began with the design and construction of a curtain wall to the rear courtyard. Our public sector division then embedded an external safety surface playground and the external canopies providing light cover.
We provided a full range of associated mechanical and electrical installations. This included the design and installation of soil and waste pipework along with fittings, overflows, traps, pumps, and insulation. All of these elements connected to serve the toilets, WHB’s, sinks, external sinks, washing machine and the dishwasher. Our team also installed fire alarms and provided essential fire stopping works at the school.
The team installed a children’s and staff disabled water closet above and below ground. This came with all relevant drainage works and was attached to one central system. We completed the final internal works for this school renovation with a selection of bespoke furniture, fittings and decorations.
