Axis’ Midlands Division conducted a programme of bathroom replacements at 60 houses at RAF Cosford in Shropshire. In each property we installed one en-suite bathroom and one main family bathroom as well as a downstairs WC. These works were conducted on behalf of Riverside Housing Association with whom we have a 25-year PFI Total Asset Management partnering contract.
What we did
We installed 180 bathroom suites modernising 60 homes for RAF families.

To fulfil our client’s objective – to minimise disruption in the family homes occupied by occupied by serving RAF personnel and families – we phased our works starting with the installation of en-suites, continuing to the family bathroom and concluding with the downstairs WC. We worked outside regular hours and quickly sourced suppliers so there was no interruption to our service.
