Concept Appointed to Deliver Electrical Rewire at HMNB Portsmouth’s Wardroom Building
Concept has secured a design and build contract with KBS Maritime to rewire the Wardroom Building at HMNB Portsmouth. The contract covers site surveys, detailed design and the phased delivery of a full electrical upgrade within a listed heritage building.
The project began with a RIBA Stage 4 design package and firmed-up costs for the delivery phases. Since then, the scope has expanded beyond the original rewire to include additional refurbishment and enabling works.
Working within a defence environment brings its own demands, and Concept’s Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation supports safe, compliant delivery throughout.
