CLC wins place on Amplius’ Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishments framework

CLC has secured Lot 1 and Lot 3 on Amplius’ £116.25m Supply and Installation of Planned Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishments and Associated Works framework, supporting the delivery of approximately 1,100 kitchen refurbishments and 900 bathroom refurbishments each year.
CLC has been awarded Lot 1, covering East Anglia, East Midlands, Yorkshire and Humber, with an estimated value of £35,850,514.
CLC has also secured Lot 3, covering the East and West Midlands, with an estimated value of £37,711,968.
