Fire Safety Improvement Programme Across 833 Homes

Fieldway was appointed to manage and deliver a £11m fire safety upgrade programme for Pendleton Together, covering nine high-rise buildings and 833 occupied homes. The project included fire alarm and detection installations, emergency lighting upgrades, sprinkler systems, fire door replacements and compartmentation works. Acting under CDM 2015, we assumed full responsibility for the design, coordination and delivery of the programme from inception through to completion.

Delivering fire alarm upgrades, emergency lighting renewals, sprinkler installations, fire door improvements and compartmentation works across 833 occupied homes required careful coordination at every stage. Working floor by floor, our dedicated project team combined technical expertise with a resident-focused approach, using advance communications, coffee mornings and regular liaison visits to minimise disruption while maintaining access, programme performance and consistently high standards across all nine high-rise blocks.
