Axis secures £1 million Replacement Roofing Works contract with Sutton Housing Partnership

Axis has secured Lot 3 of the Replacement Roofing Works programme for Sutton Housing Partnership (SHP), valued at £1,034,217. The project forms part of a wider energy-efficient retrofit framework administered by the London Borough of Sutton to enhance the council’s housing stock.

Lot 3 specifically covers the replacement of flat corrugated metal sheet roofs at Thicket Crescent and Thicket Road, south west London. Thicket Crescent consists of three four-storey residential buildings, linked via two central corridors, while Thicket Road includes two four-storey buildings connected by one central corridor. Works will include full roofing replacements and associated special trade tasks, ensuring energy-efficient, durable, and compliant installations.

This Lot is part of a six-Lot framework designed to modernise and improve housing stock across Sutton.
