The 1930s estate comprises 59 residential flats and 10 ground-floor commercial units and had been on hold since 2023, leaving residents affected by ongoing leaks, damp and mould. Commencing in September 2024 and completing in March 2026, the works address critical building fabric failures, improve thermal performance, upgrade electrical and fire safety systems, and bring 18 void properties back to a modern lettable standard through full kitchen and bathroom replacements.
