Who owns and runs Axis CLC?
H.I.G Capital, a leading global alternative investment firm, acquired CLC in June 2023 and Axis Europe in July 2024.
Axis Europe and CLC merged in 2024 to form a new, multi-sector, national property repairs and maintenance services provider of scale, Axis CLC group.
The merged business is run by a group Board of Directors.
