About NHMF Frameworx

Established in association with the National Housing Maintenance Forum – members of which represents more than 80% of the UK’s registered providers of social housing – NHMF Frameworx is a not-for-profit organisation that’s providing valuable procurement solutions in the social housing sector.

The Frameworks are national covering England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland with the ability to operate in specific geographical regions. With our extensive branch network and national coverage, we’re perfectly positioned to serve NHMF members across the UK while maintaining our commitment to local service delivery.

The framework operates over a four-year period from 1 May 2025 to 30 April 2029, with a total value of £3 billion, demonstrating the significant scale and importance of this procurement vehicle for the social housing sector.
