Concept Building Services (Southern) Limited were contracted by FIL to help oversee the refurbishment of the ADS Chalet, an outstanding building with panoramic views of all the key features of the Farnborough facility.
The project team from Concept, working closely with FIL, aided the management of the installation of the planned building structure including the access lifts and overseeing the Air Conditioning and Electrical Companies delivering that component of the project. In addition, Concept’s own work force carried out substantial elements of the refurbishment themselves. Besides erecting all internal partitioning, glazing and ceilings, laying all flooring throughout, fitting out new male and female toilets on all floors and a new hub kitchen, Concept also handled all the above ground drainage and cold water including the plantroom and applied the solar film to all external windows finishing the project by finally decorating throughout the whole building.
